I would have thought that the whole separation of powers thing would’ve prevented the Justice Department from issuing gag orders on Congress. Silly me. I keep forgetting that, like the Geneva Conventions, the US Constitution is a “quaint” document that basically has outlived its applicability in a post-9/11 world.
